Giant Steps Riding was in need of enhancing their public image - both to improve the usability and experience for users of the site, but also to improve the donation and volunteer interest rates.

The Client

Located in a beautiful rural setting on a working horse ranch just north of San Francisco, Giant Steps offers life-changing experiences to people of all ages with a wide range of disabilities.
 
Each week, they come from throughout the Bay Area to interact with their 1,000 pound "therapist" in a safe and secure environment and achieve goals that they never before dreamed possible. Our focus is not on their limitations, but what they can do, and the results are extraordinary.

The Project

Blue Coast Web was tasked (and inspired) to more professionally represent the brand of Giant Steps by redesigning the public site with a modern and engaging interface, creating a sophisticated, inspirational, and professional site design. We started by creating an informative and useful site structure allowing visitors to access information more readily, and for visitors to better understand the benefits and the offerings of the facility
 
A important business goal was to also connect the users better to the Giant Steps brand, inspiring visitors to donate funds to the Giant Steps facility.
