DoctorCom

Unified Healthcare Communication

Web Site Design & Development

The DoctorCom web site needed to project the many offerings and benefits of three main audiences: Individual Doctors, larger-scale Hospitals, and smaller Group Practices. By focusing on the higher view of how the product works for each of these audiences, the site successfully draws in the user with graphical diagrams as opposed to excessive text.

Web Site Design & Development

The site is rich with imagery and illustrative diagrams - making the content more accessible and engaging for the user. Detailed information is there, but the higher level pages contain easily digestible introductions to how the product works for each audience group.

Collateral Print Brochure

A critical component for the DoctorCom sales team, a tri-fold brochure was designed and printed for the frequent on-site meetings that team members held with prospective clients.

Company Pitch Deck

With a compelling and visually stunning pitch deck, everything from investor pitches to client engagement can be made that much easier. By arming the DoctorCom staff with a professional PowerPoint deck template, they were able to focus more on their interpersonal sales and pitch skills.

The Client

Based in Silicon Valley, DoctorCom was concepted by doctors who recognized a critical yet unfulfilled need for an effective, wholistic communication center for the patient-focused medical industry. While each of DoctorCom's offerings were provided by various vendors, no one was producing an portable, device-independent, cloud-based hub to access key and related communication needs of healthcare providers.

The Project

DoctorCom came to us with a logo - but had no other public facing materials developed. While their product team and development team worked on building out their product offering, their sales team quickly signed up several customers to use their beta product. The concept of what DoctorCom was offering was very compelling - and needed to be told concisely and quickly. The initial work began with a sales pitch PowerPoint deck for their CEO, and soon afterwards, a printed collateral brochure for their sales team to leave with prospects that were still accustomed to a paper-based sales cycle. The DoctorCom offering was so compelling to prospective customers that Blue Coast Web was very quickly engaged to design and build out their web site.
