Dynamic Quote Generation

After filling their shopping cart, your customer will receive a quote for their cart inventory. Quotes are emailed in a PDF format and include both a quote expiration date and a link that the customer can use to restore the state of their cart as it's listed on the quote.

Purchase Orders

Your customer can start the process by requesting a quote, the first step in creating a purchase order (PO). However, you can configure the time duration during which the quote will be valid on your administrative pages. After your customer has created a PO from the quote, they can enter the URL stated on the quote, which will take them to a page specific to that quote. The page will reiterate the details of the quote, and provide a place for them to upload their PO. Once the PO is uploaded, your will see your customer's order has been placed and listed with other unfulfilled customer orders.

Credit Card Purchases

Credit card orders can be processed and cleared automatically after your customer order has been fulfilled. The money will be transferred into your merchant account upon completion of the transaction. Your eCommerce application will handle all of the encryption and exchange of data with the credit card clearing company, such as Authorize.net, behind the scenes. Other features include:

• Shipping cost estimates on the fly
• Placing items in boxes
